How YourGCM came to be
YourGCM was born from personal experience. Our founder watched her own family struggle to navigate the complex world of senior care — the confusing medical jargon, the overwhelming number of options, the providers who didn't communicate with each other, and the impossible weight of making life-altering decisions without a roadmap.
That experience sparked a calling. After years of working in geriatric care, social work, and healthcare coordination, she founded YourGCM to be the guide she wished her family had — a trusted partner who could cut through the complexity and help families focus on what matters most: being present for their loved ones.
